Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales and technical operations within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, dealers, and farmers.
- Provide technical guidance and on-farm support to customers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in the Aquaculture or Shrimp Industry (Sales & Technical).
- Strong knowledge of shrimp farming, water quality, feed management, nutrition, and disease management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Agriculture, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
